Don't Give Up on Low-Fat Food Choices for Overall Health and Protection from Disease

Did you hear about the huge study spanning 8 years and involving 48, 000 women? The question was if a low fat diet would reduce the incidence of breast cancer. The results? No statistical correlation between the AMA/ADA recommended low fat diet and reduced risk of breast cancer. This data will likely be re-cooked to look for other disease correlations but the bottom line is the low fat diet did not work.
