A kettlebell is not the best choice for this exercise, but it will work in a pinch. Grip it by the sides of the handle or around its base like a ball. Bend the knees and hips to start the kettlebell on the floor to the side of one foot. Stand and lift the kettlebell over your head and across to the outside of the opposite foot.
