I am looking for a bench for the home gym. Right now I have a crappy Golds that has about seen the end of its life. I do flat bench one day and incline one day so my ideal would be a bench that works both positions. I have thought about going the half rack and bench combo but I have the promaxima squat stands and they work great so far.
I have looked at Elite Fts and several other places. The only one that I saw that even looked remotely like what I am after was at New York Barbell.

I don't want any attachments just a solid bench that will last and supports both flat and incline.
Let me know if you have any suggestions.

funny....saw the thread name and first thing that came to mind was a flash back to HS and everyone asking...
"So...what do you bench?"
I am so glad I dont live in that world anymore.....

So you want an adjustable flat bench for a barbell?
Or do you want a stand alone adjustable bench, then using your squat racks to rack a barbell?

Me too especially since in HS I could only bench a measly 135. ;)
Allen my first choice would not be a bench with my squat racks. I went to promaxima last night and they have the mother of all half racks, lifting platforms and bench. I am scared of the cost and have requested a quote.

I am waiting on a quote as we speak. I know I can build a lifting platform and it is on my to do list for next weekend but if this is reasonable that sure would be cool. :D
