I was looking for the link to the study on eating the same amount of calories in a shorter window vs spread throughout the day and the effects on lean body mass and fat loss....or I think there was one also on animals either eating 2000 calories a day or eating 4000 calories every other day.....but can not track it down....anyone have a link to it?
