Does how you pull the sled have any affect on recovery. For example...Shoulder harness, waist belt, or how the guy was pulling the sled in your recent article. I am considering sled pulling and just using some line, no harness and various techniques seems to be the way to go, but I don't want it to turn into its own WOD. My question is not coming out well, so I will end here and wait for some other post and try and tweak it.

the whole idea behind sled pulling for recovery is that there is no loaded eccentric action; that being the case, you should be pretty safe no matter what you do, but take it easy on the volume. example movements would be front, back, side walking; rowing; pressing. keep it simple and easy.

I call it the dredge. It is a variable resistance sled, the harder you go the more resistance.
