My word, this is like being a kid in a candy store. I'm sure I'm going to be in a sugar coma tomorrow.

I really enjoyed the Italian sankaku (triangle choke) video. My Italian isn't really that great, but the video is good enough to really show off a lot of tip & tricks for getting into sankaku.

That is simply an amazing list of techniques! I don't want to dive into them today but I plan on taking down a couple a day for a while.
