Is there any way to schedule IF to favour increases in muscle? i.e. feasting around training, on training days, fast on non-training days, etc.

Are there any positive reports of muscle gain?

The main issue is still taking in adequate calories but using If to improve insulin sensitivity. Have you read the 2 PM's on this? Folks are finding success with fasts as short as 15-18 hrs and it does not appear to be necessary to do this every day. No one really knows the optimum schedule on this however.

I've read issue 16. I'll have to try and find the other.

I tried doing a fast on monday, just on a non-training day and after the feast i thought "bugger this". Later on in the day i didn't really get any odd effects, except i felt i had to go to bed 30-40mins earlier than usual.

The next day i went on with my usual eating pattern, (eating once every 3-4hrs) and thought "hey, maybe this IF isn't soo bad"

I will keep experimenting, reading and try to find that other issue and post back when i've experimented more
