Used York bumpers

I just found some York bumper plates at a local Play it again for 0.79 cents a pound. Good our bad deal? Also, how do I tell if they are in good condition?

Good.

Inspect them. If they look right they should fly right. You don't want chunks broken out of them, you don't want the inner ring looking beat up or loose.
