Anyone ever had them? I was at the farmer's market this weekend and several of the stands had "Garlic Scape Pesto". It's the green flower stem at the top of the garlic. They cut it off and chop it and it's absolutely delicious. I find it to be a cross between cilantro and garlic. I have no clue what nutritional benefits it gives, but I would bet it has some of the goodness of garlic. Look for them if you haven't had them.
