With increased snatch training, I'm finding my left elbow is getting sore, to the extent of even waking me up at night. I think the culprit may also be poor technique where the bar is tracking out from my body and putting more force than needed on the elbow.
I've been continuing to train up to now but at this point I'm worried about creating some long-term issues. Apart from stopping and better technique, is there anything else I should do?
