I haven't posted in quite a while since workload is quite ridiculous but all I can say is how I am happy with the way things are evolving and i am learning quite a lot. A breath of fresh air considering i often do the teaching ( keep at it guys, good job)

The Sonny Thoss video is the closest thing to circuits since we harly do circuits but do intervals.....

We are already planning to do a BJJ video next
