This is a compendium of the best from the last 3 years. We have had a boat load of requests for this especially so people can buy the recipes for folks who are not interested in or potentially overwhelmed by the training and nutrition content of the regular publication.

I REALLY wanted to set up 20 pages of HTML to sell that cook book...outlandish claims, scantily clad women...and then the cook book. I was resoundingly shot down.
