Hoping someone has this recipe or knows where I can find this...I can not remember where I saw this (wish I would have written it down - hidsight is 20/20). I've been craving pizza lately. Anyway, it goes something like this:

boiled cooked chicken breasts (not certain on the amount)
eggs (can not remember how many)
parmesan or asigo cheese
garlic, basil, etc (italian seasonings)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until you've got a fairly thick liquid.

Spray a pizza pan/cookie sheet with olive oil. Pour mixture into pan spreading so that it's an even thickness.

Bake until light brown & firm ~ 350 degrees????
Add your toppings and bake until cheese looks done

Thanks in advance!

I've been playing around with this recipe over the past few weeks. So, here goes:

Paleo Pizza Crust (makes one 9" personal pizza crust)
4 oz chicken breast
1 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp buckwheat flour
˝ tsp non-alum baking powder
1 egg
1 egg white
Spices to taste (basil, oregano, garlic, pepper)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 9” pie pan with oil olive and dust with buckwheat flour.
Boil chicken until done. Cut chicken into small pieces.
Whisk eggs. Add in almond flour, buckwheat flour, baking powder, and spices.
Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender. Mix until you have a stiff batter.
Spread into pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Until light brown and firm.

You can add whatever topping s you’d like. I added 1 tablespoon olive oil drizzled on top and 1 ounce of jack cheese (not paleo).

Enjoy!

There's an idea.... or maybe Coconut Queen ice cream shops.

This reminds me to get the Thai Plum Sauce Pizza recipe out!

As I wrote on the CF site, I think about converting this to a crepe. Fill with mashed yams (too high GI for me), some stirfried (or steamed) broccoli, asparagus or spinach--maybe add avocado slices. Anything goes. I just dont do cheese or nightshades!

Yum. Thanks for the starting point Kim!
