Was curious what's everyone's thought on throwing KB's around in a variety of ways?

And is there any good resource for the names of all those tricks?

Tried a bunch today. It was fun and I sweated a lot, but I'm not sure if it has any practical use in CF/Oly lifting performance.

I got everything up to 2:16 mark on this Jeff's video. Going to try the circle and flip today. The closed eyes juggling looks awesome. I'll try it sometime.
