Didn't realize how easy it is to make Nut Butters. Started with 1lb of Walnuts, moving to Almonds next. Champion Juicer worked great, swapped out mesh screen for solid blank. Per Internet, I guess a Food Processor works also.

That looks delicious! How does it taste? Never tried Walnut butter.

It tastes like Walnuts. Not as sweet as Almond butter, better Omega 3 ratio, simple to make, cheaper then buying. I guess you could blend in other nuts and add Protein Powder, cinnamon, what ever.
