I am having trouble viewing the exercise videos that are posted on this site. I downloaded Quick Time, but nothing seems to open.

Any suggestions ?

Depends on what type of file it is...

I would recommend VLC media player (if you're not on vista).

Generally windows media player will open almost anything. Quicktime is a little awkward with .mov files. Quicktime alternative and windows media player classic seem to open up most of the vid files as well.

But yeah, I like VLC. Any type of vid I've encountered here or on CF site it's been able to open. :)

Quicktime works for me....try reseting your computer and doing it again...as it may need to reset....then again by the time you get this message you probably have turned it off and on again so I guess the message should just be....try again.

Just a note that I got it.
I updated my windows stuff on the net and get the new quick time 'again'...just to make sure.

All is working now!

Yeah, quicktime is the way to go. The reason I use that format is that it's possible to accurately pause and advance slowly to better see the movement. Windows media player eats it.
