Is there a way to figure out what theoretically your 5RM and 3RM would be from your 1RM? Or if you were doing a 5x5/5x3 pattern, what % of your 1RM would you use?

There's this thing:

except it works the other way around...you enter weight and 'x' reps on the left to calculate your theoretical one rep max. You'll need to do a little trial and error to figure out your multi-rep maxes in reverse.

I used it somewhat recently for some front squatting...was actually pretty close.

It's certainly more common to want to do the calculation the other way round because of a concern that 1RM testing is too taxing/long winded/risky etc.

I read how to calculate my 1RM deadlift based off my 10RM the other day. It made me a much stronger deadlifter than I really am.
