I started up with the CA WOD and I'm putting together a sandbag in anticipation of tomorrow's WOD. I have 50 lb. and the sandbag halfmoon I did as a test felt pretty heavy! Now, I'm 43 and just hoisted it with no warmup at all; perhaps with a bit of warmup, it will go smoother. I squat about 300, DL about 350, so I'm used to some weight, but is 50 lb. too much for a sandbag halfmoon? Should I make 2 sandbags; 1 small and 1 large?
