I can't believe how many foods have some sort of sugar in them. The number of sugar/sugar derivatives/artificial sweeteners is boggling. Just off the top of my head I can think of the following: refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup, plain corn syrup, molasses, cane sugar, sucrose, dextrose, maltitol, sorbitol, aspartame/splenda, check all the aspartame variants here http://www.sweetpoison.com/aspartame-sweeteners.html, etc, etc. And thats just what I commonly come across while reading food labels. Its enough to make you sick just thinking of it. Anybody have any to add I didn't think of? The foods that all this gunk is put into also. If you're not careful about reading every little tidbit of food labels you can easily be ingesting the crud and not even know it. Its no wonder "fat and proud of it" has taken hold.
