We are doing another CrossFit in the Park on Sat Nov 3rd at 1pm
Location is Gemini Springs State Park (same as last one) in DeBary, FL
There will be 3 workouts: ladies, kids, and men
FREE for anyone who wants to participate or watch; can be scaled for anyone
Bring your own water and snacks
