A great article by a new comer in this whole fitness celebrity world....remember the name...of Robb Wolf....

I agree as there is an ongoing billion dollar industry based on keeping people fat....gym memberships. Amazes me how people actually do more of something that provides them little to no results....see "jogging".

Exercise is key to long term health and being healthy....but without good nutrition it is pretty much ineffective...

yep unfortunately most people go to the gym to justify (or counteract) their bad eating habits, as opposed to exercise to compliment good eating habits.

Nutrition and exercise go hand in hand (one doesn't work well with the other) yet most people work hard (not smart) on the exercise part while neglecting the nutrition part...and then wonder why come Jan. 1st they're making resolutions and promises to the world how much weight they're going to lose on Diet X.

Although it's a BIG joke it enables alot of people to put food on the table for their family.

I thought Robb hit it out of the park. When people ask me for exercise ideas the first thing I say is that it is 90% nutrition.

Did you guys read Devany's take on Robb's post.

The comments by John about Coffee and Olive Oil were interesting. I can't wait to see the pictures that Robb sends over.
