All right Greg I have googled my eyes out and can't find those knee sleeves we were talking about.

If anyone else wants to throw in their two cents I am looking for some knee sleeves to wear for o-lifting in the garage since winter is coming to FL and they might get cold. Being a stickler for regulation I want to make sure that if I ever lifted in a comp that they were legal as well. :D

Can you point me in the right direction. Thanks Derek

i use the tomy kono sleeves from ahem bb.com, they work a treat to keep my dodgy knees warm and happy. they are only neoprene sleeves though, not wraps so unsure how they are affected by various feds.

Thanks Chris.

Greg, my persistence paid off. I just kept changing the way I searched for them and found them.

They are rehband. Never would have spelled it that way. Got a pair on the way. I ordered them from http://www.prowriststraps.com/inc/sdetail/93831.

Knee sleeves such as the rehbands are legal in comps. The sleeves/bandages can be a maximum of 300m long and you have to make sure that there is a gap between the end of the knee sleeve and the lifting suit and between the sleeve and the socks.

Interestingly the IWF technical rules don't actually ban the type of supportive wraps that powerlifters use but using them would probably make getting down to grip the bar difficult.
