I started IF about 5 days ago and it's going pretty well so far. I'm eating between 3pm and 9pm. I go to bed around 11pm. The ZMA directions say best taken on empty stomach before bed. Will 3 ZMA tabs at 11pm break my fast? If so, when should I take them?

ZMA is just minerals. It will not break your fast as it doesn't contain any macronutrients.

You're sweating the small stuff man. Don't worry about it. I've been doing the same along with taking probiotics during the fast in the AM and before I end the fast. Figure it'll help with general health, immune functions and digestion...

Jeez, Troy, I have to do something with all that time I used to spend eating. :D
Thanks, Garrett!

Getting back to this because I have the same question.
I'm taking this - http://goo.gl/bHFZ - zma from NOW brand!
It says this:
Other Ingredients
Gelatin (capsule), Rice Flour and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source).
Contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, egg, shellfish or preservatives.
2 questions:
a) doesn't the gelatin from capsule and rice flour breaks the fast? Or once again, too minimal to bother?
b) rice flour ? as in rice ? does it means unpaleo? Or again...too minimal to bother?
Thanks =)

The answer to both is that it's unlikely to matter.
Paleo, not paleo, doesn't really matter if 80% of everything else is solid.
