Hey,

I'm curious as to what % of water weight is healthy (when you jump on scales that monitor water % is what Iím referring too), and what % is so bad you are close to being rushed to hospital for severe dehydration?

In cases where people are over hydrated, what would their water % be?

Also, i know this is the wrong place to write the thread. But in regards to putting on muscle mass and loosing body fat, is there a generally good baseline to run off in terms of adding/subtracting calories so your body doesn't go into shock with too much/too little and stop progress? i.e. add/subtract 200calories a week.

Thanks in advance!

Nikki, I haven't the slightest idea on the % water weight.

As far as adding or subtracting calories, I suggest about +/- 10% of one's initial caloric intake as a good shift per week.
