Is there a point where your intake of food is attributing to a lack of energy?
IE: the amount of energy it takes to continually process the food thus keeping your body constantly working only to be bombarded with a SS/CF workout.....
If your eating big meals to gain weight and looking at it like "oh man 11am again" waddling to the refridgerator, then afterwards feeling sluggish and generally uninterested is this due to the caloric bomb just disposed of in your body, the ratio's of P/C/F's or a feeling which will pass in time??
