We're going to weld our own farmers walk handles, fat bar and I just found how to rig up atlas stones out of an old barbell sleeve (tried it and it's really awesome!)

I know this sounds nuts, but when I had my lot dozed for my home gym last winter, I went through and hand hauled about a dozen different size and shaped natural sand stones into my yard.

My wife thought I was nuts. But I've done stone lifting, pressing, carrying sessions for kicks and giggles on several ocassions. It's awesome fitness.

Everytime I drive by the DOT stone lot (on my way to work), I slow down and eye "a few" fairly big round ones that I'd love to ....ya know, back my truck up to, jump out, houst the buggers onto my quads, and heave them onto my tail gate. I'm sure the supervisor would let me take whatever I could load into my truck by hand. :D

But I'm always in a suit or business casual.......someday.

All the best,
Arden
