Does anyone else use whey protein I usually can't eat after training is one scoop of whey on training days a big deal? I was taking it with dextrose and creatine but I am now just going to use creatine monohydrate and whey without the dextrose because I am going to lower my CHO a bit more and up my fats. Thanks

Just whey won't spike your insulin....so it's not going to do anything negative PWO (like the dextrose did). But also without the spike of insulin one would wonder if it really has any advantage? I would say spend your money on a good BCAA pre-workout and eat whole proteins 1hr after the workout.

What are suitable whole food sources of BCAAs for preworkout?
