I want to start PM WODs. When does the cycle begin?

Dan it is a 16 week cycle with a 1 week recovery. Currently the cycle is in week 4 of the first mesocycle. Starting Monday of next week if Greg stays with what we did last time we will start a 4 week Bulgarian cycle.
As I have said in the past come on in the water is fine. Now is a good time to start as this is a taper week with PR attempts on Saturday. Sounds like a good time to get your max numbers set for the Bulgarian cycle.

I just started following the WODs this week. Where is the programming now in the bigger scheme of things?
