Coach - is there a step before such a "Basic" course?
At 6'3 225 lbs there's no way I can hold a full back/front lever yet.

The basic series can easily be manipulated for intensity. If the muscle-up is still too challenging, simply begin with a negative muscle up and then substitute tuck levers for the straight body variations.

I'll try the Jumping muscle up to backwards roll -> negative tucked back lever -> skin the cat pullout - > front lever negative.
I'm about 20 lbs of assistance away from deadhang muscle up - so that should be fixed pretty soon.
The more advice you're putting out, the more the book is anticipated.

Great resource, Coach. I just ordered some Xtreme rings. Now I can get my fix at home as well as at the gym!
