If it could be done at Donner Pass and in the Andes (plane crash survivors ate one another), why not some cretins who roamed the earth once upon a time? Who knows what you'd do given the circumstances? I'd bet, no I'm sure, that it would take a whole lot more will to pass on eating your frozen dead neighbor than to otherwise indulge.
