Rockband the new Met-Con

I don't know if anyone has played Rock Band. We bought it in lieu of a drumset for my son's birthday last month. Holy crap is it a fun game. My wife, brother in law and myself played Friday and Saturday nights for many hours.

We had to turn on the fans and lower the temperature in the house we were sweating so much.

If it wasn't so embarrassing I would post some video of us playing. It is absolutely a hoot.

The only problem with it being met-con is that we probably consumed as much if not more liquid calories as we burned. Good Times.

Rock on....count me in.....any activity that involves Guinness and living the dream of being a rock god is my kind of workout!

Still recovering from carpal tunnel Guitar Hero injuries...but I have 2 more weeks of PT and then I should be cleared to go back on tour...
