John Berardi just released some "healthy" desserts (http://www.precisionnutrition.com/desserts.html) as a Christmas gift. Some of them may be modifiable to fit a Paleo lifestyle and others may just appeal to you enough to not worry about a touch of wheat or dairy.

Cool...too bad I suck as a cook. My cookbook would be "Plain chicken with rice", "Plan chicken with Olive Oil", "Plain chicken in a bowl"...etc

I do like the term "Carbs only if you deserve them"...might have to start using that.

Was looking at it this morning, seems to be some decent ideas in there....now the ultimate test will come when I give these a go in the kitchen.
