Greg Valentino is such an idiot.....and while I'm not the huge fan of bodybuilding as I once was I feel annoyed that the media thinks this guy is the rule rather than the exception.

I've known and seen so many morons like him before. Two guys at work used to juice and one 'em fell dead of a heart failure, in the gym, at the age of about 25. Years ago the gym I frequented was rife with juicers. One guy came out of the locker room with blood coming out of his chest where he poked himself....what fools....

Oddly enough people have forgotten the concept of hard work pays off...

Though Tom Platz seems to understand it well enough:

226kg Back Squat for 23reps...

Ah Platz... back in the days when bodybuilding hadn't yet diverted to the path of utter spankitude...

...as far....

I've read some interviews with Valentino, and I really just feel sorry for him. He had, at one point, his own forum, and there were literally 100s of posts asking him why he was so stupid.

Greg V has mental issues. Plain and simple.

Steve,

Did you ever read his column in Muscular Development? It was awful, I couldn't imagine a whole forum of his own.

I read very little of those. I haven't kept up on the bb mags for years.

That got me thinking....the last one I had a subscription to was Muscle Media 2000....I actually liked that one.

Haters all!

Valentino is the real deal. Just ask him.

. . .now where did I put my synthol?

Side note: The wife and I were eating lunch one day when a guy who looked a lot like Valentino walked in (wasn't him, he was in jail at that time). I pointed out the guy's obviously injected arms and told my wife about the whole synthol thing. She couldn't believe anyone would do that, especially when the results were so unnatural.

There's a whole website dedicated to synthol injectors out there somewhere. I saw it through a T-Nation link. Funny as hell.

Another of his ilk, and a BBer/dopehead, is in the news right now here in Vegas. Can't remember the name....oh yeah it is Titus and his wife Ryan who are standing trial for murder: http://www.ktnv.com/Global/story.asp?S=5650260
I'd be willing to bet that this stunt they dreamed up was prolly concocted in a 'roid induced fanatasy of some sort. Cripes, can't they see the direct line relationship of idiocy and 'roids?
