I believe the first article is understood well in the context of this program (http://www.resistancetrainingspecialist.com/)! And this body mechanics and sport is exactly how my coaches (http://www.next-step-conditioning-systems.com)train people each and every time!

I got a chance to read the first article this morning. Good stuff, to be honest I had never even thought about differences in upper arm/forearm length and how that would affect pressing. I fall into the category of longer than average forearms but shorter than average upper arms. Later tonight I'll try to get my wife to measure me up according to the other things and see where I fall.
This made me laugh:
Any time a guy with a big beer gut pulls a bar off the floor, the larger-than-average belly segment must change the geometry of the stance.
The 2nd article is a good read as well, a bit older, something I had printed back when I thought the 14 year old had an interest in lifting.
