What are some good references for someone looking into Parkour? I thought Jesse had some links on the Primal Fitness page but I can't seem to find them. Anything that would be beginner/novice level is fine with me as I'm just more curious about it than anything.

A google search brings up way too many links and it's hard to tell the good from the bad.

Thanks.

Allen,
There are several CFJ articles that are posted for free by Jesse Woody...

Running, basic jumping skills, and shoulder rolls are where I guess the best starts are...the fundamentals.

Check out youtube, search parkour tutorials or parkour training.

Having actually looked at the tutorials on APK I would recommend those. There's some good stuff out there, but it's hit and miss half the time.

The CFJs with Jesse are good as well.

Basically practice fundamental stuff like rolling (in grass), vaults, running, jumping (broad, possibly vert), and most importantly learn how to transition from each into another.
