I was just wondering

I really hate to eat many meals, so im more a fan of a 2 meals approach.
However, my goal is fat loss so before weight training and soccer practice i should have some pre workout food, and especially post workout food. My question is then
My pre workout should be: mod protein/mod carb/low fat or regular high fat/mod protein/mod carb ?

As for the post workout, is it best to just wait 1-2 hours and then eat my big meal wich contains all the calories for that day, or should i have a post workout meal earlier with carbs and protein and no fat. And then 1 hour after, eat the big meal with the high fat content.

Why should you have food pre- and post-workout if your goal is fat loss? In the fed state, your body is going to burn the fuel you've just given it, not fat. Have a look at Intermittent Fasting (http://www.modernforager.com/blog/2008/08/11/part-1-what-happens-to-your-body-when-you-fast-energy-production/). I eat no more than 2 meals most days.

thaught 1-2 hour soccer practice needed som pre food or pwo food but how wrong was i.
