So i've always been kinda a nut fiend. recently i've been buying coconuts instead and eating those. they're not as satisfyingly crunchy, but it's still nice.
i've been trying to make a coconut butter to replace my peanut butter cravings. has anybody attempted this? would baking the coconuts for a bit help? generally i can't get the coconut creamy at all when i just blend it.

that does sound legit for making the coconut cream. i prob need a juicer for that instead of what i'm doing now. But at the store recently i've seen companies selling coconut butter. it's basically still got all the white junk from the coconut blended up into it as opposed to being separated like in creams or just coconut oil. thus it's got more of a nut butter consistancy
