Aren't grains B-vitamin depleting whereas fruits and vegetables supply plenty of B-vitamins? If so, it would seem to be further justification of the Paleo-type diet.

I hate to read stuff that says "That means people should eat more whole grains. . ."
They just don't know.
I had a discussion with my wife recently about how pregnant women should eat bread because it was a good source of folic acid. . . !
It is just ridiculous.

and people need more milk for strong bones....don't forget that one. I like telling people how the US is #1 in dairy consumption, and also #1 for osteoporosis....Hmmmmm.
