I am starting paleo today and right now im going to be taking in around 1700-1900kcal in all healthy foods but right now its mostly lettuce, tomatoes, onions, tuna, chicken breast, and nuts. Is there an online database that has a very nice list of paleo foods or perhaps meals with recipes?
I just did a count to see how much Ill be eating on fitday to get my calories and my stats r looking like this
1900kcal
Carbs - 151g
Fat - 90g
Protein - 168g
Fiber - 52g
Does this look reasonable? For all healthy foods Im getting alot of carbs all from which comes from veggies, apples and nuts, same with fats.
