Odorless Flooring

We're rebuilding our gym at work and are looking for flooring. One of the requirements is that it have very little odor (strange, I know). The floor and mat samples we've gotten so far have a really strong smell. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Used flooring. Seriously.

The best way to get rid of the smell is through the off-gassing process, which is done either through temperature (hotter is better) or just plain time.

Or maybe nowadays there is eco-friendly odor-free flooring. That could possibly cost more than the entire gym...
