Hello

does anyone here use Yoghurt makers? i really want to buy one so i can start to eat dairy products wich will then be like organic after u fermenting them with this maker. Im talking about cream, yoghurt etc. You can just add pasturized milk, cream whatever and 10-12 hours later is lovely organic yoghurt or cream

Nothing will make a non-organic product become organic.
I think what you're looking for is kefir. I make it at home as do several others on here. Google "Dom's kefir" for all the information you need on it.

but there was one way to ferminting the cream and unpastureize it?

Pasteurization means heating the milk/cream briefly to a high temperature. You can't undo it. It destroys some of the enzymes that are naturally present in milk. Fermenting the milk adds beneficial bacteria but it's not the same thing.
Kefir is still good stuff. I use pasteurized milk.
