Just out of curiosity...
Do competition style collars like these:

Mess up barbell sleeves? I just see that threaded bolt/tightening mechanism and think of a bulldog style collar where the threaded bolt goes through the collar and presses directly against the sleeve...leaving little divots where ever it gets tightened down.
