Big props for this site today at my clinic at Crossfit 801. I was amazed at how many people asked me questions directly about the programs and materials offered here.

One odd thing: everyone who had met Robb Wolf liked him. What has gone mad with this world?

Oh ok I thought it was something on top of that. I'm still trying to catch up on the Dave Draper Blogs - a lot of good info in there.
