Neonatal supplements

EDIT: I mistyped and i mean't prenatal.

I recently found out a friend of mine and his wife conceived and after congratulating them, I asked if they were on prenatal supplements. He said she was, but he had no idea which one.

Does anyone know what prenatal supplements would be best? I want to know what nutrient profile is most important to someone in that situation, if possible. I would like to include it as part of a gift to them, in addition to some baby toys or something :P

Do you mean neonatal for the child or postnatal for the mother?

There are two versions, one that is for trimester 1 & 2 (I also use it for women who are trying to get pregnant), and the one I posted which is for trimester 3 and beyond.
