Now I know what everyone means when they talk about how sad their nutrition classes are.

This week was my first week back and this semester nutrition is on the list and it was a total suck fest. It made me chuckle. At least i'll get some entertainment out of it.

Just the typical "grains are essenial, people require 130g of carbs to function properly each day, saturated fat is bad, animal fat is bad, soy milk is good for you, etc".

Hmm, im in the back of the class so I could probaly get away with sleeping through it.
