Hey everyone, just wondering if the timing of fish oil can effect the benefits you get from it.

I take 4 capsules a day, usually 2 in the morning and 2 at night, but lately i've noticed that when I take them at night, I'v lost a substantial amount of weight in the morning.

Last night I was at 141 lbs, and this morning I'm at 136... Maintaining my weight right now is important to me, and I was wondering if I took all the fish oil in the morning, if I would still gets the good effects from it.

I don't really think it matters too much when you take it.

Fluctuations in weight like that are pretty normal though so nothing to worry about.

wierd....but I doubt the fish oil has much to do with it. It has to be water loss to be that quick.

Take your fish oil with foods that contain fat.

Fats tend to be digested/absorbed better at night time.

That's about it on timing. As MOD and Steven are saying, that much weight loss that quick is either water (sweat, urine, breathing) or bowel movements. It's not muscle (unless other major things are going on).
