I found this recipe at World Healthiest Foods (http://whfoods.org/genpage.php?tname=recipe&dbid=33) and made a double-batch yesterday. It's delicious! The only part that sucks is peeling and cubing uncooked squash. Other than that, it's very simple to make. I'll be eating this stuff all week!
