Ive had my back squat videotaped and critiqued, and according to my colleagues, I seem to have good strict form; however, lately I've been feeling too much stress on my hip flexors when I back squat. I've tried stretching them, glute activation work, and lower weights but the problem keeps coming back. I can't seem to squat 135 w/o pain in my hip flexors even though my 1RM is 405 w/ good form. Anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be?
