Woke up finally no pain. Amazing what eating Paleo and 9g of EPA/DHA a day does for the body while completely resting.
I have developed a 26-week program (1/2 a year) that I will be using. Mainly KBs and endurance activities, but it does have metcon, sprints, etc.
I will evaluate myself at the end of this 26-week period.
Week 1 Day 1
KB: 16 kg CP 3x(1,2,3)
LSD: 4830m rowing - 22:02.2

Week 1 Day 2
3 rounds of Triplet #1, 20 seconds each movement
* kettlebell snatch R
* kettlebell snatch L
* Mountain climbers
Rest 1:30
3 rounds of Triplet #2, 20 seconds each movement
* Kettlebell high pulls
* Kettlebell thrusters
* Jumping jacks or jump rope
Rest 1:30
3 rounds of Triplet #3, 20 seconds each movement
* Drop squats
* Half burpees
* Star jumps

After having read through the threads and catching up, this place has become IGX-light.
While some may feel the need to use the internet to "shout-out" about how they hate CrossFit, I feel that my time and reading is done via better things in life.
So my workout log leaves here, to a more constructive forum.
I will check out the main site of CA, as I think it is full of a wealth of information and I have and continue to learn a lot from Greg.
I wish you all well in your pursuit of fitness, mine will be done via the program I have built and will keep me in shape to fly the friendly skies.

Interestingly I don't wonder outside the training log portion of the site to often. Sorry to see your log leave George.
