I posted last week about drifting forward on 100% effort cleans but had no video to post. I did maxes for week 4 of my first Bulgarian cycle today (busy weekend, won't have time on Sat.) Anyhow, here is video of my new max of 210# (pr by 5#). Is the horrible rounding of my upper back a normal phenomenon? I get up on the toes a bit as well. The forward jumping is just because you're lifting that bar straight up - the moment you separate it from the floor, shift back onto your heels more and stay there. the bar should move up and back slightly.
